Our quest for pils
We are not a 100-year-old brewery
No family crest. No founder in an oil painting. Hunky Dory started with a naive idea: a pils should be fun, cold, and not take itself too seriously.
So we made one. Then we made two more. We brew small, ship cold, and obsess over the boring details so you do not have to. Cheers.

Where is Hunky Dory Brewing?
We brew on Foundry Street in Asheville, North Carolina. Small place, big fridge, no oil paintings of a founder.
What does Hunky Dory actually taste like?
Cold and clean, mostly. The Pils is crisp, the Rouge is a touch maltier, and the 0.0 tastes like the real thing without the morning after. Nothing here needs a tasting vocabulary.
Is the beer any good?
It is fine, really. That is the whole brand. Crisp, cold, and easy to drink, brewed by people who would rather make one great pils than ten complicated ones.
Do you ship cold?
Yes. Orders ship cold, and most of the country gets it in two to three days. Someone has to be 21 or older to sign for it.
