How many beers do you make?
Three year-round: the Pils, the Rouge, and the 0.0. We add a couple of seasonal cans, like the Pamplemousse radler and the Midnight dark lager, when the mood strikes.
What is the difference between the Pils and the Rouge?
The Pils is a crisp, hop-light pilsner you drink without thinking. The Rouge is an amber ale with toasted malt and a little more going on. Slightly more interesting, as the can says.
Is the 0.0 really alcohol-free?
Yes, 0.0% ABV. All of the vibe, none of the regret. We did not release it until it actually tasted like beer.
Are the beers gluten-free or vegan?
They are vegan-friendly but not gluten-free, since they are brewed with barley. Full ingredient details are on every can.
