You must be at least 21 years old to use this site and to buy or receive beer. By using the site you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may ask for proof of age, and a valid ID is required for any beer delivery.

You may browse and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, interfering with how it runs, or using it to break the law. The content here, including text, images, and the Hunky Dory name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Prices and availability can change, and a beer may sell out before an order is confirmed. We accept orders at our discretion and may decline or cancel one, for example if a product is mispriced or unavailable.

• We ship only to states where direct beer shipment is legal. The current list of eligible states appears at checkout.
• An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for every beer delivery. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the shipment.
• You are responsible for confirming that delivery to your address is permitted before you order.

Requests to stock or pour our beer, sent through the contact form, are inquiries and not confirmed agreements until we reply. Wholesale terms are agreed in writing on a case-by-case basis.

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hunky Dory Brewing Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law. Please enjoy our beer responsibly.
